Quest Civil Engineers Ltd is a professional construction company based in Kenya, it was established in 2010, incorporated under the Companies Act (Cap.486).
Beijing CSCEC Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd is one of the first enterprises to obtain Class A supervision qualification in China. At the beginning of its establishment in 1993, it directly belonged to China Construction Engineering Corporation. In 2009, with the overall listing of Chinese architecture, the management relationship was transferred to China Construction Design Group. Since its establishment 26 years ago, the company has undertaken many influential engineering supervision projects, with supervision and agent construction as its main business. We have won 3 Luban awards, 4 national high-quality engineering awards and more than 100 provincial and ministerial honors, which have achieved good economic and social benefits.

In 2018, in accordance with the strategic transformation and structural upgrading of China Construction Design Group, the China Construction Design Group Engineering and Technology Research Institute at the level of the Design Group was established and co-located with the consulting company. The company platform added the strategic connotation of carrying the engineering science and technology R & D management of the Design Group, and expanded its business field into five sections: engineering consultation, engineering supervision, urban and rural planning and design, supervision, construction, finance and overseas business with different models such as PPP, BOT, EPC and so on.

In 2019, the company obtained the high-tech enterprise certification. As early as 2002, the company obtained ISO9001 quality system certification, 2005 ISO9001 quality system certification, ISO14001 environmental management, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management three systems certification, has established a set of scientific management system so as to be qualified to open the overseas market.
In 2019, Quest Civil Engineers Ltd and Beijing CSCEC Engineering Consultant Co., Ltd formed the joint venture to develop the East African countries market, include Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan, and Ethiopia.
